In Our Own Write – March/April 2024

Our topic was The Bucket List and as usual we had very different versions of the title. There was a terminally ill woman trying to work through her bucket list but having to drastically modify it as her health deteriorated although managing at the end to succeed in her wish to visit Dignitas. Then there was an intellectually challenged lady who on hearing the phrase used did it her way by buying some old buckets and filling them with things that brought her joy. Finally a travelogue of a journey around the world actually ticking off many items on a bucket list.
Our next meeting will be on the 13th May and the topic will be The White Feather.
