History group – August 2021

The History Group will reconvene on August 19th.  We are all going to bring something of our own, which is of historical interest and say a few things about it. Hopefully a discussion will follow.

If you fancy joining us and bringing a suitable object, please contact me on enquiries@u3a.dawlish.info. Come on! Give us a try. The group is great fun.

Also, if you have some such thing and could lend it to us for the Open Day that would be great.  We would keep it safe, “under the counter.” We would put it in a pillowcase and ask people to identify it by touching it.  Thanks.
