Adventure group – Motorsport racing simulator
Once again, the Adventure group are heading into the virtual world, this time becoming racing drivers.

| Cost | £150 for session. Cost to be split between up to 8 attendees. (If all 8 places are filled the price per person will be £18.75. Numbers will be confirmed after 12th November when deposits have been paid.) |
| Cost includes | Use of state-of-the-art racing simulators with full instruction and support. Possibility for 85 different cars on over 100 track variations. Ability to practise solo or compete with other participants. A one hour exclusive booking will include full induction for all drivers and up to 45 minutes track time. |
| Deadline for payment | A deposit of £5 per person to be paid by 12th November to secure your booking. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
Update 13/11/23: All eight places have now been filled. The balance to be paid to Dawlish and District u3a Treasurer by Thursday 30th November. | Cancellation policy | If you have to cancel after 12th November this will result in loss of full payment unless someone can be found to take your place. Please notify Deborah as soon as possble if you have to cancel. |
| Procedure for notifying group if provider cancels | In the event of cancellation Deborah will send an email to all those who have booked and update the details on the website. Please check the website on the morning of the activity in case of last minute cancellation. |
| Level of fitness required or any particular skills (you must satisfy yourself that you are physically able to participate in the activity). | No minimum requirement apart from the use of both legs. Anyone who is prone to motion sickness should declare this as steps can be taken to help minimise this. |
