About Natalie Follows

I work for Age UK Devon as part of the Information and Advice team and more specifically delivering our scam awareness project. The project is funded by Lloyds bank and the aim is to give people the knowledge to avoid being scammed, but also if they have been scammed what to do next and support them going forward. I do group talks/presentations, drop-in sessions and 1:1 advice sessions in people’s homes.

I also advise on benefits for people over state pension age, social care & housing. The other side of my role is training and currently delivering Dementia training and Seated Exercise training.
