Strollers Social Walking Group – May 2021
Our monthly Dawlish and District u3a Strollers group walks will recommence on Thursday May 13th. We will be catching the number 2 Exeter bus which leaves Teignmouth at 1.10pm and Dawlish at 1.25pm.
The plan is to leave the bus at the next stop after Cockwood Harbour then walk along Staplake Lane and back around into Starcross for a coffee at the van in the car park near the railway line before catching the bus home.
Covid restrictions and guidelines will still be in place:
- the 2 metre distance rule will still apply whilst walking as a group and especially when we meet other walkers along our route
- face masks are required for bus passengers
- car sharing is not recommended
- please do not attend our walks if you are either unwell or awaiting a Covid test result.
If you do receive a positive Covid result after being on one of our walks please let Jean know so that other members of our Strollers group can be contacted as they will need to self isolate.
Here’s hoping we all continue to keep well and that we have some lovely sunny, warm weather for our first 2021 Strollers walk on May 13th.
