In Our Own Write – October/November 2023

Our October topic was “A stray or astray”, whichever we preferred. Three very different interpretations were read out and discussed. One was an interesting story about a family falling on hard times after being duped. The next was a fascinating story of an ex-military officer finding solace in nature and eventually gaining the trust of a stray dog. The last, a story of two people having supper together and the feelings which arose across the table and more.

Our next meeting will be on Monday 13 November at 2pm. The topic is “The house on the hill”.
