Gardens and Gateaux – April 2025

The Gardens and Gateaux group went to Killerton House on Monday 7th April. Nineteen of us went, and I’m pleased to say we had the same number when we came back.

It’s a lovely National Trust property, with the historic house and grounds and the weather was beautiful. The wisteria was just coming out, and there were fabulous mature shrubs in full flower.

The cafes, bookshop, plant sales and gift shop were doing a roaring trade, and I’ve now got another fridge magnet.  I do hope we shall have some similar trips later in the year.
