Terms and conditions | Please familiarise yourself with Devon Sea Safari’s terms and conditions. |
Deadline for commitment | You should book a place by notifying Ann of your intention to come by email by the end of Wednesday 14th September.
If we don’t get 12 people then Ann will email those who have booked for the trip to discuss further options. |
Deadline for payment in full | Following confirmation, the full payment of £31.25 should be paid to Dawlish and District u3a Treasurer by the end of Sunday 18th September.
Bank details are as follows: Name of bank: NatWest Bank transfers are preferred but if you wish to pay by cheque please ensure the Treasurer has your cheque in sufficient time for it to clear by the deadline. If all payments are not received by the deadline we may lose our provisional booking. |
Cancellation policy | Devon Sea Safari state: “if we don’t sail due to extreme weather you will get a full refund or we can move your trip to another time/day. Our skipper will always ensure that it’s safe to sail and may make last minute decisions.”
DSS will not cancel if it is simply raining. If you are unable to come, please note that we will still be obliged to pay the full charter fee and so, regretfully, unless you can find a replacement person you will lose your money. |
