Adventure group – live video escape room
In January we will be adventuring online from the comfort of our own homes. This is what you need to know:

We have booked two escape rooms: Prison Break and Shakespeare’s Script. Further details, including short video clips, are available from the Escape Live website. |

| Date and start time | Prison Break: Monday 24th January 2pm (be ready by 1:50pm)
Shakespeare’s Script: Thursday 27th January 2pm (be ready by 1:50pm) |
| Duration | 1 hour |
| Cost | £55 for a team of up to 5 people (per person cost will be confirmed by email prior to booking) |
| Cost includes | Services of a ‘host’ who will manage the Zoom meeting from within the physical escape room and follow the teams’ instructions for finding and reading clues. |
| Deadline for commitment | As of 12/1/22 we have sufficient interest to fill two teams. However, if you would like to be added to the reserve list please contact Miggie (via adventure@u3a.dawlish.info) as soon as possible.
Full payment is made on booking (see below). Our group booking will be made on Monday 17th January so we need final confirmation of your attendance by Sunday 16th January. |
| Deadline for payment in full | Full payment to be paid to Dawlish and District u3a Treasurer by Tuesday 18th January 2022.

| Cancellation policy | Bookings are non-refundable. |
| Procedure for notifying group if provider cancels | In the event of cancellation I will send an email to all those who have booked and update the details on the website. Please check the website on the morning of the activity in case of last minute cancellation. |
| Activity requirements | The activity takes place on Zoom. You will need a suitable device to connect to the internet and a reliable online connection. |
