Adventure Group – Archery March 2025
In March we will be once more returning to Ashcombe Shooting ground for our Archery adventure. We have been there before for two very successful archery sessions but this time Justin our trainer has promised us a new session with some extra fun activities.

| Date and start time | Friday 21st March 10am to 12 noon or Thursday 27th March 2 to 4pm Please aim to arrive there about 15 minutes before the start time. |

| Cost, including deposit required | £25 per person, including £5 deposit. |

| Equipment provided | All necessary equipment. |
| Deadline for commitment | Please notify Miggie by Friday 28th February if you wish to attend. Please indicate your availability for the given dates. She will then be able to confirm the booking and allocate participants to dates. |
| How and when to pay | Please pay the £5 deposit to D&D u3a by Friday 7th March (bank details below).

| Cancellation policy | Cancellation after Friday 7th March will incur loss of deposit unless you are able to find someone else to take your place. |
| Procedure for notifying group if provider cancels | In the event of cancellation Miggie will send an email to all those who have booked and update the details on the website.
Please check the website on the morning of the activity in case of last minute cancellation. |
| Level of fitness required or any particular skills (you must satisfy yourself that you are physically able to participate in the activity). | This session is suitable for complete beginners as well as those who have tried it before.
Whilst you will be standing for the archery itself, chairs will be available for use between turns. |
| Personal medical conditions | If you have any medical conditions that might affect your ability to join in with this activity then you should declare this to the instructor on arrival. |
| Terms and conditions | You will be expected to complete an activity disclaimer form on arrival. |
