Dog Walking – March 2026

In March we had our first midweek break.

Four of us stayed at the Fox and Hounds Country Hotel, an exceptional dog friendly hotel where we were made to feel most welcome. The hotel sits in its own grounds which dogs are free to explore.

A couple of minutes’ drive and we were spoilt for choice with stunning walks owned and managed by the Forestry Commission.

The hotel was originally built as a Fishing Lodge and sits on the River Taw.

We can’t wait to plan our next break.
