Creative Writing

Each month group members are invited to produce a piece of writing on a given topic. There are always as many different interpretations as members of the group, but all are interesting and each a fresh view. This also stimulates conversation – which is why we don’t always have time to do a ‘10 minute write’ in the session!

Our aim is to try to put our thoughts on paper. We are not trying to write ‘War and Peace’ (That’s been done!’) Neither are we looking to publish, although some might be so inspired. And it is not a dry English lesson.

We just want to use our grey cells and imagination to have fun.

For further information, including details of this month’s meeting and activity, please see our Creative Writing News.
