A Book Club for Book Worms – Our Second Literature Group
The newly formed Book Worms book club is a member led (rather than library led) group who meet at 2:00 PM, the Fourth Thursday of each month.
We meet in members homes,as space allows, and occasionally at outside venues. We are a mixed group of twelve , and we take turns suggesting three book titles to choose one from.
We agreed to be open to all genres, with due consideration given to tastes, age and interests of our members.
Contact: Barrie Hamill on 07742999537 until further notice.
Centred in Paris the story revolves around Renee the concierge ,Paloma ( 12 yr old genius ) & Ozu a wealthy man . This is a moving ,funny, triumphant novel that exalts the quiet voctories of the inconspicuous among us
